CineStill 400D (Dynamic) is a versatile ISO 400, daylight-balanced colour negative film designed for still photographers who love that cinematic look. With fine grain, soft yet natural colour, and beautiful warm skin tones, it performs effortlessly in changing lighting conditions — from bright daylight to indoor and studio setups.
With a wide exposure latitude, you can confidently rate 400D anywhere from ISO 200–800 and even push up to +3 stops (3200) during development, giving you creative flexibility when shooting in lower light.
Specifically engineered for still photography, this film is C-41 lab friendly (no remjet layer), with a process-surviving anti-static coating that keeps film feeding smoothly in both manual and automatic cameras. It continues CineStill’s mission of bringing motion picture film aesthetics to everyday photo shooters.
