Refund policy

At Imageland, we’re committed to making things right when they go wrong. We understand that the nature of our products - some being perishable and others custom-made - can make things a bit tricky. That said, we always aim to treat our customers fairly and respectfully.

Perishable Goods

Due to their nature, perishable items (e.g. colour negative film, batteries) are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty, not of acceptable quality, or do not match their description. If you believe a product falls short of these standards, please contact us as soon as possible so we can figure out a solution.

Custom-Made Products

Custom-made items are crafted based on your specifications. We do our best to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding before production begins but try to avoid boring you with to much detail. If a custom product is defective, not fit for purpose, or does not match what was agreed, you are entitled to a remedy under the CGA, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Change of Mind

We are not legally required to offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. However, we want our customers to be happy, so feel free to reach out - depending on the situation, we may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion.
