  • All orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors or availability issues.

4. Delivery

  • We aim to deliver within the time-frames stated, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Perishable goods are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.
  • Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective or not as agreed.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we may offer store credit at our discretion.

6. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and branding remain the property of Imageland and may not be used without permission. Your work remains yours and we also share any working files with you once paid for.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
