LEVEL 2

We are open for Level 2 – in-store we have restricted space marked out for customers and a maximum of 4 customers in-store at one times. Our side door is also available for contactless drop-off or collections

Store Hours

  • As of now during Level 2, we will be operating from the store Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm and Saturday 10am- 3pm.

Shopping at Imageland

  • Please do not come in if you are unwell
  • Both our front doors and side door will be open – please use the side door if you wish to do contactless shopping

Covid-19 Health & Safety

  • Imageland will be taking all necessary steps as outlined in our Covid-19 Safety Plan to ensure we are operating in a safe & healthy environment for our team and customers; we will be operating based on the latest information & recommendations as advised by the Ministry of Health
  • Any employees who have a fever or signs of Covid-19 will not be working in store
  • Employees will be regularly hand washing and using hand sanitiser

Passport, Visa & I.D Photos

  • Passport and ID photos will be available, but not yet for babies that are unable to support their own head

Dance Photos

  • These are currently not available under Level 2 – they will be once we move to Level 1.

LEVEL 3

During Level 3, we will be able to receive and process orders! It won’t quite be business as usual – we will be operating ‘contactless’ as per Government requirements. So, what exactly does this mean for Imageland & for you?

  • Store Hours
    • During Level 3, we will be operating from the store Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Our Team
    • Because we are super conscious of all our interactions & the bubbles we keep, employees who can work from home will continue to do so. During the first 2 weeks of Level 3 our on site team will consist of Lance, Jenna & Joe.
  • Covid-19 Health & Safety

  • What kind of things we can do during Level 3
    • Photo printing: We can accept & complete print orders during level 3. Your files will need to be sent to us electronically – e-mail and Dropbox are the most popular options. If you are wanting to print images from your phone, please use the ‘Local Prints Now’ app, available for both Android and iOS. For more info about how to do this, please click here.
    • Film developing: We can accept film developing orders via courier; packages may be ‘quarantined’ before being handled & opened by our employees. Remember, films cannot be replaced, so please only send them to us via tracked courier as we would hate for them to go missing on their way to us! You can also drop your films to us at the store.
    • Passport, Visa & ID Photos: We are still working out final details on this aspect, please contact us in advance for current details.
    • Photo / slide / negative scanning: We can still accept scanning orders, but please have your order organised in a way that allows us to maintain a contactless experience when at the store. Include very clear instructions (bonus points if you include your contact details too!) with the items being left. Scanning orders can also be couriered to us (again, please include clear instructions) – please only use tracked courier options & package your originals carefully to help mitigate damage on the way to us. 
    • Framing: If you have items for framing, these can be left with us. We can then go through a virtual design consult with you, or match previous orders as required. During Level 4, we have loaded the styles in our standard framing range onto the website – this might be helpful to narrow down what you might want, but is no means our entire range! 
    • Bits of frames: If you’re just after a bit of a frame (i.e. glass, matboard, backing, hanging accessories) and you’re really confident with your measurements, give us a call or e-mail. We will be able to cut & supply product. Glass, matboard & backing might be a bit tricky to courier, especially if large, so we recommend collecting these items if possible. 
  • Pickup & delivery of your orders
    • Our front doors will be closed & clients will not be able to enter the store. We will have a dedicated area at our side roller door (usually dedicated for deliveries) for collection of orders. 
    • We can courier orders to you via Aramex. 
  • Contactless Payment
    • To keep everyone as safe as possible, we encourage payment to be made electronically before arriving to our store – our preference is to accept payments directly into our bank account and credit card payments online or over the phone. Further instructions on how to do this will be included in the text or e-mail notification advising your order is complete. We have a Paywave enabled EFTPOS terminal if you prefer to make payment on collection. If these options are absolutely not possible for you, we will accept cash.

LEVEL 4

At Level 4 we will be closed but answering phones and emails.
